On Saturday, September 20, 2025, the stage of the 1st International Dance Gala（ The Galà Internazionale di Danza）at the Teatro Sociale Delia Cajelli in Busto Arsizio, Italy, shone brightly.
We were immensely honored to partner with the International Dance Gala and collaborate with Artistic Director Marco Palamone and all the esteemed dancers who participated in this spectacular event.
This collaboration is a powerful testament to the perfect alignment between the FLA Ballet vision and the emerging New Gen Ballet Attitude.
FLA Ballet: Born in London, Built for the World

It was at that exact moment we met Marco Palamone, a young and vibrant artist. As the Artistic Director of The Galà Internazionale di Danza, his spirit mirrored ours: bold, fresh, and full of potential. Together, we are driven by the New Gen Attitude to shape the future of sustainable dancewear.
Our initial connection was made on LinkedIn, where he articulated his compelling vision for the inaugural Gala and his passionate call for dancers to focus on mental well being. We, in turn, shared the ethos of FLA Ballet, a London startup committed to innovation. Though we operate in the same industry, we recognized that we were merely doing different things to achieve the same shared dream.
We quickly aligned our values and solidified our support for The Galà Internazionale di Danza. Even when faced with the challenge of the London tube strikes, which complicated the logistics of shipping from the UK to Italy, Marco's professionalism shone through. His humility, patience, and meticulous responsibility ensured the communication was seamless, bridging the distance between London and Italy with ease.
This is the true essence of our New Generation Attitude. FLA Ballet is committed to using its platform to champion the dreams of young leaders like Marco, contributing meaningfully to our community, and ensuring the ballet world continues to evolve beautifully.
