At FLA Ballet, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and sustainably. Please review the details below for shipping timelines, costs, and policies tailored to our main markets: the UK, Europe, and the United States.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your order’s journey.

Note: Orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses must select Economy Shipping. We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

 


Customs & Import Duties

  • For international orders (including the EU and US), additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon delivery.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please wait 4 business days and check the surrounding delivery area.

  • If still missing or damaged, contact us at support@flaballet.com with your order number.

  • While we are not liable for packages marked as delivered by carriers, we will do our best to assist you in investigating and resolving any issues.


Changes to Shipping Address

  • Contact us as soon as possible at support@flaballet.com if you need to change your shipping address.

  • Changes can only be made before the order has shipped.

  • If your order is already in transit, please contact the carrier directly for any delivery adjustments.
