Yes. You can update your Fla Ballet order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order for any modifications.


📦 2. I entered the wrong shipping address. How do I change it?

No problem! Contact us at support@flaballet.com within 48 hours of placing your order, and we’ll update your address before the item ships.


❌ 3. How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. If your order hasn't been dispatched, email us as soon as possible.


🧭 4. I'm having trouble placing an order. What should I do?

Try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache or place the order in guest mode. If problems persist, email us—we’re here to help.

Yes! All Fla Ballet products are currently available via pre-order. We also offer custom and bulk orders for studios or special requests. Email: support@flaballet.com for details.

🕰️ What is the difference between Pre-Order and In-Stock items?

  • Pre-Order Products
    All Fla Ballet items are currently pre-order only. When you place an order, we begin production specifically for you.
    Production + Delivery Time: 30 days total from order to delivery.

  • In-Stock Products 
    Select items available in stock, shipping will follow standard timelines:
    🕒 Processing: 2–3 business days
    ✈️ Shipping: According to destination (see below)
