Why We Started?

Why are we still wearing balletwear that hasn’t changed in 100 years?

That was the question that sparked Fla Ballet.
We talked to dancers, teachers, and adult beginners — and heard the same story again and again:

 “My leotard doesn’t breathe.”
 “It pinches.”
 “It doesn’t reflect who I am outside the studio.”

The ballet world is full of elegance. But the clothes? Often outdated, uncomfortable, and rigid.

What We Believe?

We believe that Functionality, Comfort, and Responsibility shouldn’t be a trade-off.
You shouldn’t have to choose between functionality and aesthetics, or between tradition and sustainability.

So we reimagined dancewear for real bodies, real sweat, and real expression.

What We’re Building

Fla Ballet is a London-based brand designing high performance, ballet inspired activewear
made with recycled materials, studio tested by real dancers, and crafted for movement beyond the barre.

We’re not just launching products,  we’re building a community who belong to powered label
that listens first, tests fast, and grows with every dancer we meet.

Our Circular Vision

From our packaging to our partnerships, we’re laying the groundwork for a circular future.
That means:

Piloting a Fla Product recycling program with our community
Using low-impact fabrics in all our launches
Designing for durability, reusability, and reimagination
